Kalibu came to us because they felt their old branding and website did not represent them the way they wanted to be seen. Their presence in the market lacked legitimacy, and their narrative was unclear, making it difficult to communicate what set them apart in the HR space. They wanted to ensure their professional presence was felt even when they were not in the room and needed clarity around their story, value, and positioning.
We approached this by aligning Kalibu’s goals with a brand and digital experience designed to address these challenges. We engineered a new brand identity and website that convey a professional and dynamic presence while remaining approachable and human.
The visual identity system translates Kalibu’s focus on people, performance, and culture into a structured, confident, and adaptable design language. Every element, from typography and colour to layout and messaging, was considered to create a cohesive system that reinforces credibility, approachability, and distinction across all touchpoints.
